Nice people, but I have never been this disappointed in a haircut. I had long hair all one length and asked for a trim, ended up with the front half of my head having a chin length bob and the rest of my hair long, barely blending together - the short bit is cut straight cut across. Its completely ruined the volume of my hair, and I didnt even realise until I got home and straightened it, which they denied doing when I asked. Not usually fussy with hair, but this will take ages to grow out.
