I genuinely have never ever written a review, this is my first and I’m honestly devastated by the experience. I book myself pedicure and manicure at high rate hoping I would enjoy the experience and I was left crying at the end. My feet were stuck in Bucket and that was my pedicure ( I have better feet spa at home). My manicure, has left my fingers bleeding and it looks like 6 year old painted my polished: Please avoid at all cost

I have been going to Peppermint for years but sadly I had to stop going. Not only did they cancel my appointment last minute but they also wanted me to call up Treatwell to cancel it. I’ve worked in a customer facing role for many years and I would never ask a customer to cancel as I’m already inconveniencing them by cancelling. On top of this, another reason why I have stopped going in their disregard for hygiene. A Hollywood wax with no gloves on and double dipping in the wax. It’s completely unhygienic! Finally, they took my details without my consent from Treatwell to send me messages via text. Very unprofessional. This isn’t a review to bash Peppermint but to them pointers of areas they need to work on. As a positive, Zaynab is a lovely lady and great in making you feel comfortable in an intimate setting.
