Originally booked in for a gel french manicure, was told the member of staff doesn’t know how to do this so I opted for a simple colour instead, told her I wanted a light colour that would hide the white edges of my nail, the staff member started painting my nails with a colour that was too light, then opted for a slightly darker colour, asked to see a colour wheel but they didn’t have one, gel manicure looks quite messy, edges weren’t cleaned properly so won’t last very long, air bubbles in the polish, staff member didn’t even soften my cuticles with cream or warm water, she just pushed them back and trimmed them. Definitely won’t be booking any treatment from this salon again.
Had an excellent treatment today with Oana. First time I have visited and did so based on the reviews I read here. Have rebooked again!
The service was fantastic and well priced. The attention to detail and my comfort was amazing; she knew what she was doing and was very thorough.
