The overall venue is very deceiving. The pictures and reception area look very clean and modern however the wax room was very dirty and messy, things were lying around everywhere, dirt and dust in every corner it was very bad. It was very painful considering I am used to a hollywood wax and she just slapped it on no care of the temperature or if any hair is coming out.
