When i had my eyebrows tinted i went out the shop and realized only when i was at Home that the color was not right!!! The waxing, not really precise...but overall ok.

I went for the deep cleansing facial but wasn't really satisfied as the person who was doing it was in a bit of a hurry. She cared more about time than customer satisfaction. She did not pay real attention to massage and also she used sub standard products which did not do much for the face. Overall a bit disappointing experience.

Deep cleansing guinot facial was supposed to remove my blackheads but it didn't. When enquired the staff said you need repeated facials. I feel the therapist could have spent more time in removing blackheads. I was more disappointed by their answer. Have been doing facials for 6 years, so I know what can be the outcome of a facial. Not doing it properly plus giving a lame explanation was disappointing. But I have been here before and was extremely happy with the result, but that was a different therapist
