Staff were warm and welcoming as usual, lovely girls! Unfortunately, lots of hairs (long and short) were left from my full legs wax and felt as though they broke the hair and did not pull it from the root. They do not use gloves when doing the Hollywood wax which I found to be unhygienic.

I assumed that there would be a built in machine with a seat for the pedicures, as that is really part of the whole relaxing experience, But instead the lady pulled out a small manual machine that wasn't at all what I was hoping for. I felt that it was quite unsanitary,there were bits of limescale floating around the pedicure machine. As far as I know, pedicures have certain steps that are followed, including the removal of dead skin..this was also not done.Which led to be very disappointed overall. I feel that I could have done a better job myself.
