Very clean salon. Staff were welcoming and comforting. Hollywood wax was done professionally and efficiently.

Peppermint is really nice and I thought the wax room would match however it is quite tired, bed was up against to wall so couldn’t ‘butterfly’ properly
No wipes to clean up before and after
The wax itself was okay however when she pulled she did not press down on the skin afterwards to reduce pain, neither did she remove all the hair which I noticed when I get home
She did not go over with teeezers at the end hence many left over hairs
Not sure what product you’re meant to apply at the end but the lady used baby oil..
She was really really nice and made me feel at ease however the wax wasn’t the best I’ve had.
