A fantastic experience from start to finish!
The location is great and the team are extremely friendly, knowledgable, and professional. I originally visited PEMFiT due to and ongoing elbow injury that refused to heal. After only 1 session i regained a lot of lost movement! I will definitely be going back.
The studio is extremely calming, and the attention to detail throughout really creates a spa like treatment.
A big thank you to John and Eve for all their help and assistance. 10/10 Experience!

‘PEMFiT are doing good things here! I feel revived today and no word of a lie - my arm is definitely not hurting as much as it was yesterday.
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

I finished 10 sessions at PEMFiT this summer, for my autoimmune and Lyme and the difference it made was genuinely impressive. John is deeply knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly passionate about what he is doing. I noticed a real shift in my recovery speed, energy levels, and overall balance. The space itself is calming and beautifully located which makes the whole experience even better.
Very knowledgable and gave me the information I needed to understand the treatment and it isn’t benefits. Will recommend and we will be back for more sessions in the future.
