Highly recommend PEMFit for anyone interested in their wellness. It’s fantastic for recovery after the gym and for supporting injuries. I left feeling incredibly relaxed, yet energised at the same time. The customer service was excellent and the space is very welcoming

I had an incredible experience at PEMFiT. John and Eve is so knowledgeable and immediately make you feel at ease. The sessions felt truly otherworldly deeply calming and grounding in a way that’s hard to put into words. I felt completely relaxed to the point of drifting off to sleep in each session. A noticeable shift in my energy, and even the usual adversities of life felt lighter. It was a powerful yet gentle experience, and I left feeling restored, balanced, and uplifted. Highly recommend to anyone looking to reset both mind and body in a busy city like London! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼✨

I'm an active 63-year-old woman who practices Jiu Jitsu, gym conditioning, and wrestling. I started PEMF therapy at the City of London studio five weeks ago to support rehab for a long-term shoulder injury, chronic hand pain from overuse, and a soft tissue foot injury. I’ve done this in conjunction with a targeted physio exercise program.
There has been much research on PEMF since the 1970's. Originally it was used for orthopaedic patients with poorly healing fractures and osteoarthritis. NASA used it in astronauts to stimulate cell growth, tissue repair, to combat bone loss, muscle atrophy and other tissue damage. More recently there has been extensive interest in how PEMF improves mitochondrial function to treat fatigue and pain, including following intense sport activity.
The Results: After each 40-minute session, I felt a clearly noticeable improvement in fatigue and pain across all my injured areas: hands, shoulders, and foot. The therapy is non-invasive and you only feel a mild pulse, which I could especially feel in the sites of my pain.
The Studio Experience: The clinic is newly and thoughtfully renovated in an appealing and calming minimalist style. Everything is set up for relaxation. The treatment rooms have natural light & privacy, air purifiers, enough space to relax and feel calm, quiet relaxing music.
The session process is excellent:
1. Discussion of health & goals with Eve or John.
2. Hydration with filtered water containing flavourless electrolytes and extra hydrogen.
3. Lying on the couch (or sitting in a chair) for the 40-minute treatment.
If you are unfamiliar with PEMF, the staff are fantastic at explaining how the low-frequency electromagnetic pulses penetrate deeply to enhance cellular function and promote the body's natural healing processes.
I have thoroughly enjoyed these sessions and plan to continue. Highly recommended.
