They Asked to change appointment as I was on my way, then proceeded to be late starting the appointment (15 minutes) however were very apologetic and despite getting shorter massage (45minutes) was given a voucher for me to get a free one next time. Good customer service and good massage

Excellent value for money! venue is clean and the masseuses have a really good technique. love this place! I've probably been 10 times now :)
Swedish Massage
Didn't feel like the masseuse concentrated on the areas that I specified (back/shoulders). It also felt too much like a thai massage rather than deep tissue. The masseuse didn't seem to know where the knots and tightness were in my body and instead I had to direct her into where she needed to massage. She also used a thai oil which started making my skin feel like it was burning! Quite disappointed as I have had very good massages here previously with other masseuses.
