Treatment and staff were great.
Bit of distracting noise from outside the door sometimes and the bathroom upstairs wasn't the cleanest/nicest.
But apart from that everything was great.

I went for a Hollywood wax. The beautician was very thorough and initially I was very impressed as it was very clean, but the hairs started growing back within a few days, so I guess a lot of the hair snapped, and for the first time I ended up with a lot of ingrowing hairs. I may give it another chance, but it probably wouldn't be my first choice.
