Hands down the best Hollywood wax I’ve had in 10 years!!! (This is probably the longest review I’ve ever written so get some popcorn!). Firstly- I am very particular about my waxes and have been going to quite well qualified high end places, because it’s soo easy to get wrong. However I moved so I had to find one closer and the reviews seemed good for this salon. 2nd point- I believe I have a high pain threshold however, with curly thick hair a Hollywood wax is still painful. With her techniques, this was literally as pain free and physically comfortable as waxing will get! I was in shock, pleasantly surprised and extremely relaxed throughout the whole thing. I could have fallen asleep it was almost like I was being pampered. The waxing session was probably 20/30 minutes (I’m not 100% sure but felt lengthy because I was relaxed). She is soo thorough and seems to be a perfectionist, without causing any burning/over waxing. 3rd point- She said her name was Piyada. I wanted to give her a tip/show my appreciation as I felt she went over and above and fully invested in giving me the best service. I indirectly asked if she would get it directly when people tipped her and she mentioned something about splitting the tips/or it going to the service, so that put me off leaving one if I’m honest. She has however got a client for life, I will always ask for her in this salon.

This was my first time at this salon and I was really impressed. The customer service was great as soon as I walked through the door and the room was clean and modern. My therapist Bee was very good (No double dipping!) and although it will never be painless, she helped me to feel at ease. She was chatty but attentive and did a great job. I will visit again and hopefully get Bee.
