This is my second time there and honestly they are fantastic. They have recently have a refurbishment of the waiting area which looks great (too be honest it looked great before).
PD (sorry don’t remember her name) is so amazing. As I’ve said in a previous review, I have a low pain threshold and honestly I hardly felt anything. No wax will be painless but she is amazing!
The room was clean and she didn’t double dip with the wax sticks and wore gloves. (Trust me I’ve been places in the past that hasn’t done that due to laziness and cost cutting and I walked out.)
I’m so happy I’ve come here and will continue to come! My only wish is that they did all beauty treatments (nails, eyebrow threading) because I would do it all there - such a great level of service from all the staff!
