The therapist was polite and professional, and the treatment was for the most part enjoyable, my only complaint would be that she did more of an overall massage rather than solely focusing on back, neck and shoulders as I had booked. As the treatment was only 30mins it was difficult to feel like the massage worked in removing knots and tension in the specific areas I had requested.
