It was a fairly painful experience, one I’m not keen to repeat. Therapist did not understand that I had arthritis and that she needed to be lessen the pressure. I realise she meant well and highlighted I had a lot of knots but I wanted the pressure to be something I could cope with and I was left very bruised. Previous therapists I had no problems with and the massages were wonderful. I did however feel fairly good for a few hours after massage but the bruising stayed for days.

Everything was good but the thing that let it down was the level of customer service and overall ambiance of the place. The staff were friendly but not very attentive which meant you end up feeling a little dismissed after the treatment.
