The beautician that did my wax I think was called Narok and the was soooooo goooooooood! Probably the best was I ever had, I didn't suffer a lot considering that I it was a hollywood wax and she was soo sweet. I highly reccomend it.
On an other note I didn't understand the difference in pricing between treatwell and the venue. When I asked the girl at the reception said:"just the first time" but I'm not sure what she meant with that.

Great couples massage and the therapists were very friendly. Very nice ambient in the room, though sometimes noisy from people waking outside. Clean overall, though I wondered whether the Thai towels used as cover had been used before.
