Layla is a massage genius. I went in with some long standing back stiffness and tightness that nobody has been able to even touch the edges of in terms of sorting it out. One deep tissue massage and so many of my back woes have been sorted. Under no illusions that it will take some maintenance to keep this way but this is the start that nobody else has been able to give. Word of warning- if you ask for firm massage expect firm, very firm. It was just what I needed but if you are looking for a quick relax and unwind look no further than medium firmness!
