Staff were absolute stars - super friendly and caring. However, we both found that the pressure was too hard even though stating that we'd like gentle strokes in the form pre-treatment. I guess this isn't a deal breaker as long as you communicate clearly before they start the massage. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
