Normally a regular here but the last couple of times I've been the service has been very inconsistent. They seem to have got new staff in. The time before this, the therapist double-dipped. This time, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and have been left with a very unthorough and uneven job to sort out myself! Not the cheapest wax out there so I expect more for my money, and used to get it here.
