This is the second time I go to Sumanat for a Hollywood wax. The first time was great, clean and the lady seemed to know what she was doing. This time the beautician seemed a bit unsure. She said that the hot wax wasn't her favourite and it was also quite painful so I think that she wasn't sure about how to do it properly. I was left with some wax on the skin so it was really unpleasant when I left because my trousers where sticking on my skin, even on my thighs because I think the wax dripped and she didn't realise. By her admission the usual stuff was on holiday in Thailand and she was there just for a week. The floor was pretty sticky full of pink wax that was sticking to my sock first and then my feet. Not sure if they didn't have enough stuff to clean and help the customers or if the temporary stuff they haired just didn't care about the general maintenance. At the end of the day I get the wax that I wanted but at one point I regretted being there. I think I'd come back but I'll make sure to go with the first beautician I went with the first time.
