I wish they had told me that it will be a male massage therapist for my session. I specifically booked Layla as I’ve really enjoyed her techniques however upon arriving I’m greeted with a male therapist. I have no issue with male therapist however just wished I was given an option. Furthermore his techniques were too gentle. Next time I’ll specify/request the therapist

Efficient, and calm. Never a stray hair forgotten (even those pesky blonde ones). Great attention to detail (the ones that broke are all properly tweezed off). Never double dipping the wooden spatula (crucial for the sensitive bits). For some reason: not painful. (I usually get very red/irritated and easily bruised. This has never happened here. There's barely any pain!) And affordable. They always have some availability. I love this place for my waxing needs.
