I booked with a specific person and was given another person to do my massage without asking if I was ok with this or apologising. This ruined the whole enjoyment for the massage. The room I was in also wasn’t the best as people will see you lying on the bench when the door opens. Good points are the room was nice and warm and it’s nice and clean. But I must say I was disappointed this time with how it was managed
