Everytime I have a massage here, it's been total bliss. The therapists manage to get into my tight knots and also give me a great stretch as part of the massage, much needed after classes!

from the outside it doesn’t look like much, but once you set through the door it’s like a whole other world. the room was so zen with relaxing music and also had spare hairbands - useful if you have long hair like mine to tie it up! the massage was amazing, can’t rate it highly enough; i didn’t want to move! the facial was relaxing and my therapist talked me through all the steps so i knew what she was doing. she also provided skin advice and talked about potential triggers for my skin.
