I forgot to get my therapists name, but she was lovely. Paid attention to the spots I mentioned, and anywhere else she felt that was a little tight. The pressure was perfect, medium-hard. This is a massage that will feel uncomfortable here and there, especially if you have lots of knots. I feel great now, though! It was definitely worth it!
