Asked for a Swedish massage, but felt more like deep tissue. Was very painful and not relaxing. When I asked her to be more gentle, she said not until she'd got the knots out. She was very good and effective at doing this- a lot of aches and tensions in shoulders were alleviated, but it just wasn't what I asked for. Bed was squeaky which was sometimes distracting. Receptionists were very friendly. Don't think I would return - definitely needed more communication during the massage so she could do the right level of firmness.
