I have been here a few times, always for a deep tissue massage. The first few times, I had a therapist who was great! Firm pressure, methodic, seemed to work out all the knots without being painful.
This time however, I got a therapist who seemed rather haphazard and didn't have a good technique. Kept rubbing over bony areas which clearly did not have muscle, like the shoulder joint, knee, wrist and top of feet, yet missed the side of the neck. In addition, they hit my nerve reflex, seemingly on purpose because they made a comment but didn't actually stop until I pulled away. I could not relax properly and was quite glad when it ended.
The price is not bad for central London. It is clean and front of house staff are friendly. I would probably go again because it's close but would choose my therapist next time.
