Maybe the therapist had had a bad day, I don’t know. She was quite unfriendly and very critical of me and my muscles for being stiff. She made it sound like I was doing it on purpose and I left the practice feeling like I was a lost cause. Are massages meant only for perfectly relaxed and malleable people, I wonder? Either way, a little bit of bed-side manner wouldn’t hurt...
