I do a lot of running - long distance and speed training - and never quite feel my stretching is good enough. After a recent race I decided to finally get a massage. Didn't have high hopes for getting all the knots out, as I often find that massages aren't firm enough, and have had sports massages in the past.
Definitely the most painful massage of my life! But wow, she got all the knots out and found tension points where I didn't know there were any. Will be going back, and more regularly too!

Staff were all very nice, I was a little nervous as it was my first time there so I could have used some extra explaining before and after, as I wasn't quite sure what to do, but equally I could have asked fo clarification and didn't. The therapist was nice and she told me to let her know if it was too hard or soft.
