I did not get the therapist, that I have booked previously. I did not even recieve any info about the change. I va booked this massage to a friend, who came to visit me from Poland. She has really bad back pain. She choosed a firm massage, but she said it was not good at all. I dissapointed a bit, she ilsaid it was a waste of money. I had just good experience at You, but this time it was not, as I was expecting. Wozld be happy if next time i would recieve information, if the massager i choose, isnotavaliableforanyreasonthankyou

Massage started off dry for quite a while which was odd. Lady mounted me which was also uncomfortable, but after that a normal massage which was good.

Have been here many times before but first time with this masseuse. It was a strong massage but he misses a lot of my actual pressure points so it ended up just pressing into painful areas. It wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t go for him again

Leila was excellent - great deep tissue massage and lovely calming presence! This is a little gem near Liverpool St, highly recommended for tired office workers! Desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Clean facility and they wrap you in nice embroidered blankets lol. Hope to be back soon!
