My first time, I was asked to fill out the information sheet, explaining where i had pain and the pressure i preferred. Not even 2 mins into the massage the masseuse pushed down with her elbow into my back with so much force my body went in spasm, she didn't ease, and kept pushing through the muscles. As we had just started my body wasn't warmed up or relaxed. Unfortunately, the experience was the same throughout, unable to determine when to put pressure and when not. I will not be returning
