The staff are super friendly and helpful! The place is nice and the ambiance in the room was lovely. Even though it was painful, the really put in a lot of effort to try and make it better. Will definitely go back again!

Sumanat is the only place I have ever been to more than twice (actually about 5 times now), I even booked a second appointment right after the first as I was so pleased. I have never found a salon so welcoming and so thorough in the treatments they deliver, even going in with the tweezers to get the hairs the wax couldn't catch.
The most recent Brazilian I received was done by a technician I hadn't met before and I was worried that the standard wouldn't be as good, as I've had this in places before which stopped me going back, but it was just as thorough and the end result was just as good.
I won't go anywhere else for waxing, my repeat custom has DEFINITELY been earned.

Salon was great and staff were really friendly. I agree with the other reviews in that the treatment rooms weren't fully closed off so you could hear the customers in neighbouring booths, but this didn't bother me as the salon was quiet. Masseuse was really good, but I don't feel that she concentrated on the specific areas that I asked for. However, this didn't detract from an otherwise great treatment. Would definitely go back.
