Hotel well located 10 mins bus ride from Heathrow Bus station. The Spa was bright and inviting. Staff welcoming and pleasant. Treatment room warm and cosy. Wet and dry saunas and the relaxation room roomy and peaceful. The only downsides were the changing room and relaxation room were a bit on the cool side and the area could have done with a whirlpool.

Quiet, peaceful spa. Fortunately not busy, so had relaxation room to ourselves. Treatments good and delicious afternoon tea in the restaurant.

Afternoon tea was delicious and there was so much. The spa facilities were pretty basic but clean and staff were very helpful. Really enjoyed my massage. We were staying close to Heathrow so it was ideal.

We had a good relaxing day the offer was good value for money. We did not realise the spa did not have a swimming pool , and found it got at times crowded in the ambient waiting room. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and the massage was very good also. One last point is that the car parking is included in the day, we only realised after paying it so had to sort out a refund.

My partner and I both booked a couples massage session on lastminute.com, and with this promo we were able to use the facilities one hour before our treatment and one hour afterwards. The spa is relatively small, but at the time we booked (1230pm) we found it was just right. There was no overcrowding, the changing areas for both male and female were clean and spacious, for us females they provide hairdryers too. This was our first time using a spa and we thoroughly enjoyed our back and shoulder massage, and especially after the massage, where we went into the steam room and opened our pores (the massaging oil made our skin very soft and helped open our pores).

Hope this helps!

It was a good experience. Just to add on My mum loved it because of her new experience with the steam sauna facility. Hoping of visiting the venue for another spa experience in the future. Though we missed out 15mins on our spa treatment due to arriving late but overall we enjoyed ourselves.

Excellent value for money. My friend and I had a treatment followed by afternoon tea. The staff were amazing throughout the hotel. Everyone seemed to know who we were, why we were there and where we needed to be. Despite this being a last minute offer, it felt like a full priced spa experience. The spa is missing a swimming pool and the relaxation room was chilly but everything else made up for it. The afternoon tea was fantastic, we were so full, we couldn't touch the top tier of cakes and had to take them home. Would highly recommend.

I booked it for a treat for my daughter'21st birthday , I asked kindly would they make it a little special but nothing was done so when I got there instead of spending time with my daughter on her special day I was running around. Also I wish I knew about they had no jacuzzi to my. Horror so Was not impressed . I feel I really wasted my time and money I wish I could get a refund but that will never happen. I have been to other spa's and found them better value it's a shame .

I had the Two Week Manicure and the therapist was very friendly and personable. I was happy with the service overall, although on the manicure the polish could have been taken closer to the edge on a couple of the fingers. Overall a good result.

A fairly mixed bag. The treatment itself was pretty good and my therapist lovely, but the relaxation room was messy and had run out of water and there wasn't much ambience. I would recommend the treatment but don't think of it as a spa day.

The spa area is very small. I encounter 9 people and it felt very cramp. We were almost tripping over each other. Because of the smallness of the area, my friends and I have no where to go to be away from this very rude patron. Be aware that this is a unisex spa in a small confined area. The changing room is nice, spacious and clean though. Our package includes afternoon tea. The teas were supplied quite quickly but we had no food to go with for nearly 45 minutes. Some plates and cutlery were dirty and water marked. My friends and I had plates changed a few times. The afternoon tea was very good but spoilt by the delay of the food and dirty plates. A disapointment if not for the company of my friends.

The plunge pool got over filled the day we went as they forgot to turn it off and while we were using the relaxation room, steam and sauna there was water everywhere. It wasnt relaxing as we had staff sweeping water while relaxing. The facial treatment was really good. The lunch was good as they catered for us being vegetarian. Also would be nice if there was a jacuzzi as we felt the time was too long just doing steam and sauna.

Everything was perfect apart from the staff in the restaurant. They were rude and very unhelpful. The manager was behaving as if she was giving away a free meal to people off the street and not customers who have already paid and will pay even more money (drinks are not included in the package)

The only let down for the spa is that it's very small. If it was a group booking it would have been very small.

The hotel was very plush. My friend is getting married so I took her for the spa and afternoon tea. The staff made the experience so pleasant as they were so friendly, helpful and warm. My massage was amazing and the masseuse went above and beyond. I felt so relaxed. Unfortunately the pool was very small but we were able to use the steam room. The afternoon tea was perfect. Loved it. A good variety of treats and sandwiches for two.
