Anne was very welcoming. She did a fact find to ensure treatment was right for you. Anne discussed proposed treatment prior so you understood the treatment and what the benefits are. If you were unsure of a particular element, she would offer an alternative. The massage was very soothing with the right amount of pressure. I was so relaxed I fell asleep. Certan parts needed more attention, and they were given. Anne really listened and delivered the appropriate treatment. I was so happy.

I'm a regular gym goer who needs sports massage to release pain and tension from training. Anne has worked wonders on my body to aid recovery and prevent injuries. I'd highly recommend her to anyone who's serious about looking after there body to the best of it's ability.
