I'm a regular gym goer who needs sports massage to release pain and tension from training. Anne has worked wonders on my body to aid recovery and prevent injuries. I'd highly recommend her to anyone who's serious about looking after there body to the best of it's ability.

I recently had a wonderful massage from Anne, and l can honestly say it was one of the best. The massage focused on releasing knots and deep seated tension in my body and by the end, l felt incredibly relaxed and calm.
Anne really has a gift her hands seemed to find every area that needed attention. The setting was unexpectedly serene.
Located on a council estate, l was struck by the beauty of tall tree's and birds singing adding a peaceful natural backdrop before l entered inside.
