I had a great experience at Pearl Hair London. I went for a KR Keratin treatment and a haircut, and I’m really happy with the results. Silva was amazing—very professional, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout.
My hair looks and feels so much better now: smoother, healthier, and easier to manage. The salon has a welcoming atmosphere and ev everything felt clean and well organised. I would definitely recommend it

I had a wonderful experience getting my balayage done. My hair looks amazing, and I felt completely relaxed throughout my appointment. The staff were lovely and made me feel right at home. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The salon was aesthetically pleasing. But that's it, 2.30 was my appointment, didn't get seen too till 3.15 I think. no offer for a drink, the haircut not great felt very rushed and you can see that in the fringe it's all topsy turvy
