Diana is amazing - she does an excellent (& quick) job every single time. I turned up 10 minutes early and they accommodated me immediately without any fuss. She makes a really clean job of Hollywood waxing and with minimal pain.

I had the wash cut and dry package. I booked online throught the app and there was the options for short medium and long hair. My hair was extra long but there was no option for extra long, normally if there is no option for extra long the salon says that a extra fee may apply or something similar. I've gone through all the details before booking and I've found nothing. So I booked the package for the long hair. After the whole service they ha e me at the salon, one of the staff told me "next time you come I've got to charge extra because today you are not paying but you meant to pay as your hair was extra long" ! I was a little annoyed and replied back saying that well maybe they should inform the people on website!!!

Eyebrow shape was fantastic, quick and so professionally done. Love the treatment rooms, will definitely look at booking a spa treatment at some point. This place is becoming my favorite beauty spot to go to. Staff are so friendly and nice.
