It did not feel like the team were used to giving massages, there were no towels given to me/tissue to cover myself with or to remove the oil after the massage. Not the best massage but the team were nice

The therapist cut my finger quite significantly (didn’t even apologise), and was still sore several days later. BIAB was terribly applied, bubbles in the polish, not done to the edges of my nails so looked overgrown instantly, almost all nails were lifting less than a week later. They only offer pink and white BIAB which I was not aware of when I booked and I was planning on dark red. Tools were not sterile and I was quite worried about infection with my cut, had to monitor closely.
