After coming to get my eyebrows threaded here for a couple of months, I recently had a pretty awful experience. My brows were threaded into two completely different shapes, and so much was taken off one of them that I’m not sure whether I’ll be able to grow them back. Was also refused a refund for the three prepaid treatments I no longer wanted to use. Shocking service, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I chose this salon because of its excellent reputation and convenient location, hoping I had found somewhere I could return to regularly. Unfortunately, my experience with the bikini wax was very disappointing. The treatment took less than five minutes and felt rushed. During the appointment, hot wax was spread onto the side of my underwear. I was assured it would wash out, but it permanently damaged the fabric and I had to throw the underwear away and finish the job at home with tweezers
