I'm going to call and demand my money back! I'm so so upset! My hair has been fried to a crisp! They arrived very late first off, then I showed them a pic of the colour I wanted, and then I was showed the book with the diff colour hair samples they had and they asked ME which one and seemed confused! Told them I'm meeting my fiance's family for the first time so to please be careful. My appt was 9:30, I didn't leave there til just before 2!! I'm devastated! It took me two years to grow my hair and now I have to chop it all off! I can't believe this place is even allowed to be open! The lady next to me who was having her hair coloured was concerned about her hair, heard her saying that it didn't look right that her roots were lighter then the rest of her hair, they corrected it I think...But it was at that point I was nervous but I was well into the end of my horror hair treatment.

Great prices, but I wished the staff was a bit more welcoming and friendly. Also, it wasn’t possible to pay by card and had to go to the cash machine to withdraw money.
