It felt like I was unexpected although I did book late. The therapist spoke in a different language to colleagues over me and and they were laughing over my head while doing my treatment. I couldn’t see as I had my eyes closed because of eyelashes. My bottom lashes were taped down (ouch!) and then my kids were prized apart which was very painful. The whole experience felt very uncomfortable

At the lower ground floor of an off licence there is the Chiswick Beauty Spot with a big panel on the front door stating "Cash only". The hairdresser had texted me earlier during the day to ask me if I could come half an hour earlier of the scheduled time since she wanted to close the shop before the usual time. I agreed. She barely spoke English and I had lots of trouble to let her know that I really wanted a short haircut. After the fastest haircut of my life, 30 minutes since I walked into the shop, and after having paid without having a receipt, I find myself still in need of a haircut since she barely cut 2 cm...
