That was the worse experience I’ve ever had, ripped my lashes out, they kept opening my eyes and then the solution was going in so my eyes were burning, hard handed and not what you should have on and around eyes! Poor customer service and I’ll never go back.. it was quite upsetting appointment :(

The worst therapist I have seen there really does not have any confidence in her treatments ruined my eyebrows even though I went for tidy - argued my treat well price said it’s different at the salon, I have been numerous times and never had this problem explained on Treatwell you have a choice of payment streams made me wait I don’t think she realised I was booked and was struggling painting someone’s nails using normal nail polish instead of Shellac 🤷🏽♀️
