After travlling an hour to get to my apointmnet in time they told me they had no idea about my apointment and that although they were free they couldnt do my gel nails manicure because their nail polish is all dryed up and their uv machine is broken ... why offer gel manicure if you do not have the tools to provide it?? Also treatwell have it wrong, they close at 6.
