Clean but bad vibes, never felt so unwelcome in a shop before. Customer service and being friendly is missing big time. Too sad as prices seem to be reasonable but don’t think I’ll visit again.

Worst salon experience I have ever had. Extremely rude hair stylist, poured water all over my face and down by back whilst washing my hair. And was extremely rude about my hair. She seemed to be annoyed about the fact she actually had to do some work and was really surprised when I said I had booked an appointment. Would never go back and advise everyone to stay away.

I went for a wax for the sides of my face waxed. My skin was waxed off. I’ve been left with a burn mark on face. I got in touch with the colleague who burned my skin. She lied and said my skin would heal in three days it’s been three days and it’s still there and hurts.I got in touch with her again and she’s not replying. I’ve been super polite about it considering what has been done to my face but they have not been helpful at all.
