4* as i had great past experiences. Today was an exception.Very poor experience with the manicure, i was made feel uncomfortable due to my nail psoriasis as the technician drew peoples attention towards it when calling Marta several times to come and look at it.To top it all, i kept being poked with the cuticle clipper.l left with smudged&bleeding cuticles.Polish not laid properly to reach the sides.Nothing to fault on the pedicure.Can share pics.Lesson learned,next time will go back to Marta/Z

I’m sorry to leave a not positive review, but my experience has not been good at all. First, she came 10 mins later and did not even apologize, then she never smiled or tried to be kind, but ok, maybe she had a bad day. For my mistake, I reserved the wrong treatment and she told me she did not have time to remove the hand gel, which is ok. What’s not ok is that, once home, I noticed there are many spost without color or uneven surface, both in hand and feet polish. (I have pictures).
