I had manicure which I was pleased about but two of the nails came off. I would have gone back but I was on my way to my sons wedding in France Not a great problem as it was both thumbs and I had a light pink so couldn’t really see just a bit irritating Nice place though. Environment relaxing and gel nails on toes all fine. I will just stick with gels next time

I had a BIAB removal but once I got home I could see there were still chunks of BIAB they’d missed, and they also left my the surface of my nails rough without smoothing them down. I believe they were rushing but I’d prefer if they rescheduled me.
