I booked last minute as I was going home from work. Trusting in the booking system I went directly to the venue but was disappointed upon my arrival that the time I booked and paid for was not available. I was assured they would see me within about 1h and I had to sit down and wait. almost 2h later I could start my massage. I was offered compensation for the long wait, to come back for a free massage. I appreciate the gesture, however unfortunately I won't return. The therapist was very stressed throughout the session and I couldn't relax. The treatment room was a normal hotel room, no relaxing music and it was very cold in there. The massage bench also didn't have 4 legs, it had one centered in the middle which caused the bench to move and swing up and down during the massage, it did annoy me a bit as it was squeaky. At the start and finish there was a chance to go into the en suite bathroom to change in private, however, I would have preferred to have 5 min alone in the treatment room to change and make myself comfortable without having anyone in there watching and waiting. The whole experience was despite the long wait just uncomfortable, stressful and not relaxing even though the staff tried to make the best of it.

Had a fantastic massage at the Park Clinic. The masseur was friendly, professional and asked for feedback appropriately through the massage to make sure the pressure, focus etc was right. One of the best massages I've ever had and I'd definitely recommend.

The person who gave me the massage was really working hard . I did not get the massage I had booked for what ever the reason but she really did try to do a good massage for me

They did not have the Thai massage person available so had to get the Swedish massage I am sure if you want a normal Swedish massage it would be good for you. But when you are really excited about getting a 2 hour Thai massage because your body need the Thai massage. And you really don't like the Swedish massages because they are not deep enough for you. Why can't you get wht you paid for when you book the massage. We cancelled everything to be on time and when we got the text message we were told their were no one available for a Thia massage. It was just disappointing.

My masseuse was fantastic. I went in because I pulled a muscle. He concentrated on that area and worked on it three separate times, which I really appreciated. He was extremely friendly and tailored the massage to exactly what I wanted. I will definitely go back!
