Booking was for a £22 pedicure - was told on arrival it was £25. Fortunately I had sufficient cash as had planned to tip. Told I couldn’t have colour “as we can’t let you dry, you’ll need Shellac, only an extra £10”. I said I’d take my chances. Most staff unmasked - pedicurist only masked up for the procedure. Not impressed.
