First time here. Becky was lovely. Made me comfortable and ensured I had a good experience - which I did. She accommodated for me really well and checked if the pressure of the massage was suited to my needs.

Booked an appointment for 12pm and was waiting with my feet in water for over an hour until 1.10pm when my treatment eventually started. I would maybe understand that for a walk in but when someone has booked and paid for an appointment it is unacceptable. I felt unable to leave because I had paid, and therefore was really late for other arrangements. This salon clearly takes bookings when they do not have the staff to fulfil them, and I was not kept up to date on when my booking would start.

Hetal was extremely careful and patient with my waxing. I have never had hot waxing of my bikini line and she was brilliant. Her manner is very calming and reassuring. I will definitely ask for her again.
