At arrival I had to wait 30 mins before my treatment started, however, my feet were soaking in the water at least for 20 mins or longer... the shaping of my nails was not done nicely (this was done by another artist). The removal of dead skin was very thorough though.
The artist who painted my nails was very friendly and done her work well.
I had the feeling that quite a lot of people were upset about the wait which made me feel uncomfortable.
