They use an electric tool that grates the top coat of the gel polish off your nails. It has ruined my nails. This is the first time I have ever had gel so it isn’t long term damage, it happened from this gel only. The surfaces of my nails feel like sandpaper and there are white patches in random places where my nail has been ground off. One of my nails has broken off and another one is about to (since yesterday).

The best place to get a pedicure. Really love the attention to detail, am very ticklish and hate having my feet touched so probably don’t go as often as I should but I still always come out feeling like I have new feet.
