Was given a different tech than the one I booked. They didn’t remove all of the gel and someone else had to step in as I had to repeatedly point out where gel was left on my nails. I explained that I needed all of the gel removed for medical reasons. Eventually left with all gel removed when someone else stepped in. The salon uses an e-file to remove after applying acetone rather than scraping off the gel.
