Avoid at all costs - especially if you don’t like waiting an hour after your appointment time and being completely ignored. This is my second time going to this salon. The first time I went, I was kept waiting 40minutes after my appointment time, with no apology. When I asked if they were ever going to do my nails, they finally apologised, blamed it on being busy for Christmas and started my nails, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn’t leave a bad review. As they are local I decided to try again. Today I had 3 appointments booked back to back, first my nails, then deluxe pedicures for both my boyfriend and I. They left us waiting for one hour without offering us so much as water or apologising, or even explaining why we had to wait. They just started taking walk ins and left us sat at the back. When we said we were going to leave because we were sick of waiting, they didn’t even bother to look up at us. I then asked if anyone was going to bother apologising, and one man looked up and said “we’ll get to you in a minute”. Please don’t waste your time going here, I think people only give it good reviews because you can get £5 off your next treatment if you do.
